How do I claim with the HUGGIES® Nappies Storybook Promotion?

  1. Purchase ANY eligible HUGGIES® products from a participating retailer (see below). Products may be purchased on different days and times during the promotional period (see below) and from different participating retailers.
  2. Go to huggiesrewards.co.nz. Log in using your HUGGIES® Club username/password. If you are not already a HUGGIES® Club member, create a new HUGGIES® Club account.
  3. Once you are logged on to the website with your HUGGIES® Club credentials, upload a photo or electronic copy of your receipt. This must be done prior to the end of the Promotion Period. The image of the receipt must clearly show the store name and address, the time and date of purchase and the Eligible Product (Eligible Receipt).
  4. Please only upload one receipt at a time.
  5. You will be sent a reply email confirming the number of points you have collected to date. Remember to use the same email address when you login to the website each time you submit a receipt so that your points continue to build up.
  6. Claim the book of your choice with every 100 points collected. Proceed to the CLAIM NOW page.
  7. You will be re-directed to the Storybookfor.me website. Enter your relevant details including the supplied book voucher code, which was emailed to you and pay the $4.95 postage and handling fee per book. Please note that there is a limit of 3 books per household and these must be claimed in separate transactions.
  8. Your chosen book will be delivered to you in up to 10 working days. Deliveries can only be made to a New Zealand physical address (i.e. PO Boxes are not accepted).
  9. By entering this promotion you will be signed up to and agree to become a member of the HUGGIES® Club if you are not already a member. You have the right to unsubscribe from HUGGIES® Club at any time.

The products that are accepted as part of the promotion are listed below along with the point values associated. Products not listed below, including HUGGIES® Gold products and HUGGIES® Pure Baby Wipes, are not accepted in this promotion.

Are there any products that are excluded in the promotion?

Yes. The following HUGGIES® Brand products are excluded in this promotion:

  • HUGGIES® Gold Nappies
  • HUGGIES® Pure Baby Wipes

Any other products not listed above are not eligible in this promotion.

Do I have to purchase 100 points worth of HUGGIES® products at one time?

No. HUGGIES® products may be purchased on different days and times during the promotional period, and from different participating stores, as long as a receipt stating proof of purchase of the products is provided.

How do I check my points balance?

You can login to your account at any time through www.huggiesrewards.co.nz and check your points balance on the ‘Points’ page.

How long does the promotion run for?

The promotion runs from 12.01am 31 July 2017 until 12.00 midnight on 8 October 2017 or until all books have been claimed (Promotion Period). All products must be purchased during this time, and all receipts submitted and books claimed prior to the closing of the promotion.

What books are available?

There are three personalised books to collect:

  • Can You See Me?
  • Goodnight, Sleep Tight
  • The Terrible, Wonderful, Wicked, Impossible Chase

What is the price value of the books?

Each storybook has an estimated value of up to $39.00 NZD.

What age group are the books suitable for?

The books are suitable for all ages.

How many books are available to claim?

There are a total of 9,000 books available to claim. The offer is available whilst stocks last or until 11.59pm 8 October 2017, whichever is the earlier. The remaining number of books available to claim at any time can be found by viewing www.huggiesrewards.co.nz.

How do I claim my book?

After you have reached 100 points you will be notified by email. You will receive a unique code within this email, which can be redeemed at the link provided for www.storybookfor.me

Can I claim more than one book?

Yes, you can claim up to three books per household. You need to claim each book individually, subject to sufficient points and book availability.

Can I choose which book I want?

Yes, once you have collected a minimum of 100 points, you can redeem them for a book of your choice (subject to availability). Please ensure you choose the book you want at time of claiming, as we cannot exchange or swap your books once your choice has been submitted.

How much is postage and handling?

For standard delivery addresses the following package and handling fees apply

  • $4.95 NZD per book.

What methods of payment are available to pay the postage and handling fee?

The postage and handling fee can be paid by credit card and debit card (Visa or Mastercard only accepted). Cash, EFTPOS and bank transfers are not accepted.

Do I need to join the HUGGIES® Baby Club or HUGGIES® Mum To Be Club to enter this promotion? If so, can I opt out later?

Yes, if you are not already a member, you will be signed up to the HUGGIES® Baby Club or HUGGIES® Mum to Be Club as part of claiming a book. You have the right to unsubscribe at any time.

When will I receive my book?

Once you have claimed your book, you will receive a confirmation email advising when your book has been dispatched. Please allow 10 working days to receive your book.

Is there a date, which I must redeem my book by?

Book codes need to be redeemed at storybookfor.me by 8 November 2017.

Where can I find my unique code?

Once you've collected 100 points, you will receive an email containing your unique code. Alternatively, you can find your codes on the Huggies Rewards Welcome page once logged into your account. 

Entry FAQ’s

What if I don’t have access to a smart phone?

If you don’t have a smart phone, you can take a photo of your receipt with a digital camera, and upload it on our website here . Another option is to use a scanner to capture an image of the receipt. If you have received an online receipt, these can be uploaded as an attachment.

What does the image of my receipt need to show?

Your receipt needs to clearly show the participating HUGGIES® Brand product, as well as the store name & address, and time & date of purchase. For tips on how to best do this, please refer to our ‘how to’ steps here.

What if my receipt is too long to fit into one photo?

If your receipt is longer than 15cm, you will need to fold it so that all the Eligible Product, as well as the store name & address, and time & date of purchase, are visible when you take the photo. 

Can I send in more than one receipt at the same time, i.e. two receipts in one photo or two photos in one email?

No. You can only send one receipt per photo, and only one photo per upload. Remember to use the same email address each time you upload a receipt so that your points continue to build up.

How high resolution does my photo need to be?

The higher resolution the photo, the better. If you are given an option when sending it from your phone, please choose the highest resolution available.

What types of files do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG and BMP files.

What if I have an online receipt?

If you have an online receipt, please take a photo and upload directly here . Alternatively, if you are using your mobile you can take a screenshot of your receipt. Please ensure the image shows the HUGGIES® Nappies products you have purchased, the store name and the time & date of purchase.

I received a reply saying there were no valid products on my receipt, this isn’t correct, what should I do?

Valid products include HUGGIES® Nappies (excluding HUGGIES® Gold nappies), HUGGIES ULTIMATE® Nappies and HUGGIES ULTIMATE® Nappy-Pants, HUGGIES® Pull-Ups® Training Pants, HUGGIES® Drynites® Pyjama Pants, HUGGIES LITTLE SWIMMERS® Swim Pants, HUGGIES® Baby Wipes (excluding HUGGIES® Pure Baby Wipes) and HUGGIES® Change Mats packs. 

If a valid product is on your receipt, please check that your photo was in focus and included the store name & address, and time & date of purchase. For tips on how to best take the photo, please refer to our how to steps here. Sometimes when the print is faded or the receipt has been damaged, it can’t be read very clearly. If you still have trouble, please call 0800 99 22 44

I’ve uploaded my receipt but haven’t got an email back, what should I do?

You should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of you sending your receipt. If you do not receive an email within 20 minutes, check your junk email folder and if not then please call 0800 99 22 44

Do I need to use the same email address each time I submit a receipt?

Yes. Our system remembers how many points you have collected and saves them against your email address. If you use a different email address, your points will get allocated to different accounts and will not build up.
